01Build the plan around production shifts
At a Manesar factory, employee changeovers and vehicle movements may overlap. Identify separate entry arrangements for staff, contractors, visitors and goods vehicles. Share your production schedule and expected dispatch peaks so the proposed duties reflect the actual movement at the gate.
02Define material checks before deployment
Agree who issues gate passes, who approves returns and how discrepancies reach the responsible manager. Guards should follow the client-approved checking procedure and record exceptions; they should not be expected to decide ownership or authorise dispatch. Include tools carried by contractors and vehicles returning with undelivered goods in the site briefing.
03Keep patrol and emergency responsibilities clear
A perimeter round needs a defined route, reporting interval and escalation contact. Discuss restricted areas, isolated gates and handover records alongside the main entrance. Site induction should explain alarm procedures and assembly points. Specialist fire, technical or emergency-response responsibilities require a separately agreed scope and suitable personnel.
04Prepare a practical mobilisation brief
Provide the site layout, active gates, shift hours and duties per post. A proposed roster should distinguish fixed posts from patrol and supervisory responsibilities. Aryan will review the assignment and confirm availability, documentation and timing before commitment; this page does not promise immediate deployment.
