01Start with the visitor experience
For a Noida office or institution, the front gate is often a visitor’s first point of contact. Identify who can approve a visit, how appointments are checked and where people should wait. Briefing guards on these rules helps the reception and security teams work together without leaving access decisions unclear.
02Account for contractors and shared premises
A contractor working after office hours needs a different approval process from a scheduled visitor. Share your authorised contacts, restricted floors, delivery timings and access-card procedures. Where several occupants share a building, clarify which duties belong to building security and which belong to your own team.
03Make exceptions visible
Agree what happens when a visitor cannot reach a host, a key is missing or a door is found unsecured. Useful records describe the issue, time and person notified. Shift handovers should carry unresolved matters forward. Reporting requirements can be discussed for daily registers, incident escalation and supervisor review.
04Request a proposal that fits your site
Provide the sector or exact address, operating hours and number of entrances. Tell us about weekend operations, evening classes or extended office shifts where relevant. The team can then assess posts, relief and supervision rather than assume that one standard roster fits every premises.
